She.Cant.Pull.Away. (never let go)

by MorbidCupcake   Mar 15, 2008

Twilight, time to fall down
The hollowness inside again
The tears she hides from them
Her life's become a lie
Except for the secrets she writes
She promised to stay away
From the blade
So sweet and comforting
Her promises don't mean a thing
Because she's not strong enough to withstand
The craving she holds so dear
Her mind is flooded with suicide
Her heart feels the blade near
She.Can't.Pull.Away.
One second, pressure plus skin
The blood flows, the pain drowning
Another doorway to the end
Another visit to the red river
With no good reason
She tries to stop the blood
That runs and runs
Scared to death
Why'd she have to do it again?
Her arms lined with scars
Stencialed in every which way
And with one final touch
Her legs are the same
Likea piece of paper scribbled on too many times
Each cut deeper
All hidden by white lies
So cold
So hollow
She's her own drug
She'll never let go
