Close your eyes.
Feel the darkness.
We have all once believed!
Feel my arms around you,
Even when you are alone.
We have all once been deceived!
We have all seen stuff,
Our minds couldn't grasp.
We thought we saw reality!
We have all felt touched,
By heaven or hell in a way.
We have all felt filled with vitality!
Felt the weight of the world,
on our shoulders to bare.
Eased by a mysterious misty light!
Saw the ones we thought we lost,
Present across the divide.
To help us face our fight!
We have talked to psychics,
Fake and real.
Never fully aware!
That even though we didn't believed.
Even though we couldn't.
Something was really there!
Laughed in disappointment,
When we found it not to be true.
Was it really proven wrong?
Or was it our fear closing our eyes,
Keeping us from falling apart.
