Thinking Of You

In the midst of my rushing thoughts,
In the midst of my anxieties,
In the midst of my happiness,

I thought of you today.

In the midst of the gusting winds,
And cold night,
Where there are no birds or Sparrows,
With their melodies,
Just limbs of trees, powdered with snow,
As I glance through my window
There I thought of you and the sweet memories
that just wouldn't go.

In the silence of the Night,
I try forcing you out of my mind,
I look at the walls and try closing my eyes,
But all I keep doing is thinking of you all the time.

IF only there is one wish that could be granted to me
Is to have you for eternity.

All I keep doing is thinking of you
And hoping you will think of me too.
