That was very creepy. I get the feeling that your dad was a murder and so he has to hide out from the police, but every night he comes into your room and.. molests you? I think that because of this part:

"holds me tight
touches me in secret places
deep inside."

If anyone finds out what he does to you and tries to stop him, he'll kill them.

You want to be with him, because you love him, but you can because he's on the run.

^^ "ran" should be "run".

This was a very odd poem, but pretty easy to understand unless there's some big metaphor I'm missing.

Overall it was pretty good. Well done.
