Untitled*

Time keeps moving on
seasons keep changing
tides keep rolling in and out
life is monotonous
ever changing
always sad
droning on
no talk of stopping
as lovers line up one by one
for their hearts to be sadly broken
their life to end so soon
with no solution to the pain
as years pass
friends die
nothing is fair
there isnt a simple rhyme
only a question without an answer
a problem as yet unsolved
life is not fair
or kind
so go on without a care

I completely agree with every word that you just wrote. Life really isn't fair, and people need to just learn to live with it. I thought the flow was good even though there wasn't a rhyme. I actually liked the fact that there wasn't a rhyme. It let you say the words exactly how you wanted to without feeling forced the rhyme a certain word.

I loved the poem! Great job!

    Keep writing!
