This Angel

You are the angel,
sent down from heaven.
To be my guide and my life.

I don't know what I would do,
without you at my side.
You give me the will to fight,
all my insecurity's.

It surprises me how much I can miss you,
after only a few hours without you.
I know I'm not perfect,
but with you I feel like I am.

Some people say love can't last,
but now that I know you I disagree.
Because love is all I feel now,
and it will last for eternity.

My angel,you will always hold my heart,
and never forget that.

Dedicated to my ex, you'll always be in my heart.

    I really liked this poem. The flow was a little off. Maybe try rhyming it will help with that. I loved the word choice and the emotion. I can really relate to this poem. keep up the great work :D 5/5

    It was nice. i think it could be better but i dont know what it is missing. just seemed a lil' off to me. but all in all it carried the message very well. great job
