Oh my gosh you truly have a gift and a knack for writing.
I absolutely loved the metaphors in this poem.
And my goodness that opening stanza is dripping with beautiful emotion, I loved the usage of each season and how you expressed what love is within them.

Love is like a poem,
a poem written by spring,
dictated by summer,
read by autumn,
and dreamed by winter.
