In this world with power-hunger beast,
Go anywhere north-south, west or east,
Everywhere you'll see sinned bloody wrists,
That makes me ask, does love still exists???
Mother earth is screaming, looking at her powerful sons, immature,
But her deaf & greedy sons are too far to hear,
Fighting & winning deaths, wounds & curses so far,
Is this war going to cost humanity, the blessing of 25th hour???
Why the minds of people are filled with hatred???
That they don't care about the loved ones daily bread???
Why the trust is getting as weak as a simple thread???
Why the affection & care is becoming a currency for trade???
Why these days even the love gets hurt???
Why the people are busy collecting pieces of broken heart???
Why the god of love is buried in dirt???
Perhaps the mankind is getting too genius to be overover smart
Is this the way in which our heavenly earth is going to end???
What signal do all these wild & inhuman acts send???
The way in which the humanity, nature's most precious gift descends,
Think is this the world on which future of mankind depends???
Tell me oh dear, does love still exists???
Tell me oh dear, will the innocence again cherish???
Maybe love still exists...
Maybe love can still be felt...
Maybe where mother gently pats child's head,
Maybe where 'love you mom-dad' is still being said,
Maybe in the lover's heart waiting for the proposal to be made,
Maybe in the wedding ring with diamonds and jade,
Maybe where the sky is red and lovers are sitting in the shade,
Maybe where child still listens to the fairy tales while going to bed...
Oh dear, love still exists...
