You don't understand!

You don't understand how you made me feel.
You don't get how badly you hurt me.
I wish you cared just a little more.
Just a little more to have respected me that night.
You made me cry, & you looked right into my eyes.
The words that came pouring out of your mouth.
Cut through me like glass.
You cut through every part of me.
Saving my heart for last.
Making sure I felt every part of you.
Till I became numb, trying to get rid of the pain.
You're no where in sight, your smell has disappeared.
You're gone, but the pain is still here.
I can still feel your words, cutting through my skin.
You claim that you care.
& now I'm too scared to let you in.
