Sometimes When I'm Lonely

I sit in the quiet sometimes when I'm lonely
And just think about where my life has gone
I laugh and I cry silently
And I fear that I will always be alone

I close my eyes and I pretend
That I can feel someone's loving caress
The someone who I will meet one day
And with their love, my life they'll bless
