Painted Reality

How could you enjoy this demented scene,
Fading colors, shaded with puke green,
Clouds hovering above look dead,
Dripping fluorescent raindrops of red,

Melancholy images of the canvas contract,
As brighter colors create a deeper impact,
Almost shining as they come alive,
Eliminating valuable depression as they thrive,

Creating a brilliant illusion as it alters,
Blinding watering eyes as it falters,
Never ceasing to amaze it's admirers,
While boring all of it's acquirers,

Passing from owners, falling from it's stage,
Colors fade, from the frayed canvas's age,
The once attractive colors die with style,
Covering the canvas once more, with a new guile,

Only two colors now show on it's face,
White with black creating a new trace,
Showing its greatest image at last,
A life once viewed, that has become the past.

^^ It just gets better. o.o I'm already in love with this poem. Your imagrey is just... breathtaking. I mean you've managed to describe horrible scenes in a very beautiful way.

    ^^ Amazing ending.
