I see her crouched away from the sneers.
her face a mess of blackened tears
From mascara that they said would make her pretty.
The mirror doesn't lie she screams in disgust
No matter the change, the reflection stares back.

She lost the weight, you could see her ribs
She changed her reputation with a couple of fibs,
Molded her personality, now funny and witty
Lying to be popular, dieing to be pretty.
I see her by herself as the door slams shut
As he chuckles to mates about his new found s.lut
The alcohol lied she realizes inside
