Arrogance is a state of mind.
it's advantage is it leaves you blind;
your ignorant to everyone else.
you only notice yourself,
but you take pride in what you do as long as the prize belongs to you.
and the times where fate won't let you win
are the times where your life truely begins
although you should take pride in what you do,
you should praise others too.
once you've overcome how wonderful you think you are
you will be seen as a better person and raise the bar
up to its highest heights
where you can turn the switch to turn on the lights
and its then and there that you will shine like a star
that's what i've learned so far.
so keep in mind all that you've learned
and realize lifes not just about what you've earned.
