Please Help Me

I am bleeding deep inside,
My heart has finally died.
It seems to be getting cold in here,
My mind keeps drifting.

What is happening?
I'm empty and alone.
My feelings seem to be gone,
Nobody knows me, and I won't let it show.

Please help me, I can't do this anymore,
This cut is deeper than I thought.
It has cut my circulation off,
And my soul is crying out.

For one last chance of life,
Why won't it just heal?
The pain is setting in,
My suffering is about to begin.

Maybe I will survive,
But I will never be able to hide.
The scar it will leave behind,
I'm empty and alone.

Nobody knows me,
And I won't let it show.
Please help me,
I can't do this anymore.
