The Dawn of Beauty

by МÅťťђĕш Яĕĩŋĕßĕřg   May 23, 2004

In the cool of the night
And the glow of the moon
And the stars shine bright
It shall rise up soon.

As the night owl calls
While the crickets sing
I hear the rush of waterfalls
I hear the music ring.

Mystery befalls me.
I see the candle's light.
The night enthralls me.
Beauty burning bright.

Cool blue and violet hue
Of the nighttime fade
As the tiny beads of the dew
Upon the grass are laid.

Night fades to morning
And a sleepy sun wakes
In the sky warm light is adorning
New beauty as daylight breaks.

The lark sings its song,
The nightengale rests
Wet grass shines green and long
Night owls turn to their nests.

And now the trees are green
And with true light we see
The many things that were unseen
Whose beauty is set free.
