I loved the flow of this poem. I really liked the ending so true for those who write.

Its a very well written poem!
but very sad!
memories are hard sometimes,
but we must always keep our head up held high

"Please, stop holding on.
Baby , stay true.
You're only hurting us more,
By saying the things that you do."

^^ Firstly, the space after "Baby" should be removed. Other than that, this stanza is beautiful.

"Stop saying I'm beautiful,
I know your thoughts.
Should've held on,
'cause you would've been certain of what you got."

^^ I liked this, too. The feeling and emotion shows through.

"Now, nothing's certain,
Nothing is clear.
Just you and me apart,
Wiping our tears."

^^ This is saddd. But the rhyming is good, and I like it a lot.

"Still no real reason,
Of why you did it,
Stop saying it wouldn't work,
You know you wouldn't admit it."

^^ Ooh. I love this. It's telling the readers why the relationship is no more.

"'Cause it worked, it was fine.
Your beautiful eyes,
Looking at mine,
Well goodbye past and hello memories,
Of which I now rhyme..."

^^ I liked this for an ending. I thought it was well written, and the rhyming is was good.

Overall; I really enjoyed this poem. The rhymes were good, and the stanza's were written very well. Good job.
