This is a hard subject to address Great job doing so I love the message in this one and couldn't agree more with it. the only improvement I can see being made is breaking up the lines to make it easier to read.

All in all ignore always the monster called stress, for once in forever troubled you will be and in life you will never rest, haters will make it seem like its your direct ticket to death, and your personality always they will try to plunge to amazing depths, always rise up and ignore showing them you are the one who controls your breath, and forever you will always live for in
