Scarred

My scars were healing
But a sudden waterfall of misery poured in
Again, I was hurting

You didn't recognize what it was like to be on your own
Because you constantly had me nearby
And where are you when I'm all alone

How can you cure me when you caused my distress?
And you don't even realize it
I hate to put it out for you; but you created this wretchedness

I tried all I could to hinder what's happening
But I guess if it's meant to be, it'll happen
So nothing will stop this suffering

So why'd you have to go and cut me again
