The lonely moon

by tri tran   Mar 29, 2008

On the dark sea, above lands and oceans,
The bright, young moon, swiftly, moves,
Tearing the sky apart and blazing the sad clouds.
Being lonely for years without friends, she woes,
On her way to Earth to visit the Siemmese cat.

The stars have divorced her; the space rocks have deserted her;
The summer, lavender sun never again looks at her.
All alone till now,in the vortex of gloom,
T'is time to reveal her new magenta face,
O, pretty moon, why always, hide your resplendent face?
