Remember the time when we were young
we ran around the maple tree and climbed
up far beyond to see the cities and fields that
no eyes can reach from ground.
On thick branches we sat and tried to carry
woulds and furnitures little by little because
so small people we are.
A dream to build a house above in a tree
of which we loved. Our hands so small our
ten little fingers touched as we tried to hammer
the nails to a sign on the wall Remember the time.
The same old tree grew and grew but the mark
where we've carved our initial S and J forever will be
has moved itself on top from the roots below.
As time passed our love of joy blossom and bloom
to have gorgeous little flowers so pink just like
a lovely rose.
From across the maple tree lays the bedroom window
where you have given my first teddy bear hug.
So happy with butterfly in my tummy having no
idea what will happen.
The boy I knew and liked as a child is now my soul-mate until years to come.
