Until The End

by Elizabeth Morgan   Mar 31, 2008

We've known each other since we were three, not a care in the world we were free. I remember that feeling as if I could fly as a bird and touch the sky.

We used to play with your brothers cars in the sand, and run holding each others hands. We used to make mud pies, and steal each others french fries.

As we got older times got hard, but I knew with you I could let down my guard. When I needed to vent you were there, giving me a listening ear.

We used to say our parents never understood, and promised we'd be there for good. Always helping me through the bad times, you convinced me there was no mountain I couldn't climb.

And now here we are in our teenage years, still helping each through our fears. I could always confide in you, never judging just helping me through.

I want you to know I'll always be thankful to have you as a friend, we'll be best friends until the end.
