What is a poem?

A poem is a very grand thing,
it brings joy spreads love and can make you sing.
a poem will spread the word like a song,
we can all join in and dance along.
a poem symbolizes the mighty pen,
a weapon worthy for all men.
a poem shows feelings in life,
don't hide them don't cover them with a knife.
so just remember if your feeling out,
a poem will help without a doubt.

    I though it was good....... but this poem could have been better without the rhyming..... you could change it... but thats my opinion

    Hi again, I gave you a 5 on this poem because it was very beautiful. Nothing like the true meaning of poetry. Excellent way of describing the words and things you wanted you to see through your eyes. great picture I got in my head while reading this poem. It kept my attention, It kept my focused so great job and a well done ^_^
