Behind These Shades by K.O.M.L.

Behind these dark, dim,

shades are the eyes of

a man. A man who hides his

pain, anger, and

sadness that he bears.

Behind these shades he

hides his true feelings. Going

about his buisness

without anybody knowing or

noticing this man

has a problem.

Not even his closes family,

friends, or co-workers know

that this man is dying from

the pain that consumes him.

Each and every day he

must put his shades on, so

nobody would ask

what's wrong or how are u

feeling.

So his face looks like a

robot. So still and

cold not even a smirk or a

smile crosses his

face. He does not cry, not

because he can't, just

because he won't. He won't

let a single tear run

down his face. Because if he

does he will know he

has a problem or issues he

has to face again.

People look at this man,

wondering if he is

asleep or awake. If he is dead
or alive, angry or

happy, sad or afraid.

Behind these shades is a

man afraid of letting

anyone getting too close to

him. So he acts cold

and heartless towards people
that could like him

or even care and love him.

Instead he wants be

alone not dealing with his

sorrows. Walking the

earth oblivious to his

problems.

Behind these shades is a

man who fights with

himself. Deciding right from

wrong, choosing

wheather to be good or evil.

This was a man who

was the kindest, sweetest,

most honest person

you ever known. Always

willing to lend a hand

with no question. Wouldn't

even hurt a fly, let

alone a person.

When this man was given

love, his first love, he

felt great. Love from a women
and her family

made him feel apart

something. Like he had

found his way. Sadly it was

taken away from him

with the lies and empty

promises. His heart

couldn't stand it and

shattered into pieces.

After this he saw life in a

different way. Thinking

everybody was out to get

him, hurt and laugh at

him. So he decided to get

them first. After couple

Years his heart rebuild but

was laced with ice.

Family and friends felt his

rath. But to him it was

just way of expressing his

grief and sadness.

Behind these shades is a

man who trust no one

not even himself. Not wanting
hope or love back

into his life. Because if he

does and it fails, it

will probably be the death of

him.

Behind these shades is a

man who wants to change to

be better again.

But he sees his fate if

he fails. A dark and dim grave
just like his shades.
