My little girl
Is her Daddy's whole world.
Smiles that are full of joy
And to think that I wanted a little boy!

A head full of thick red curls
She sure is a little girly-girl!
Bright green eyes that shine so bright
I love it when she hugs me with all her might.

I'll be so sad when you start kindergarten in the fall
I'll try really hard not to bawl.
When you perform, you sure put on a show!
You mean so much to me, I love you so.

Don't grow up too fast or too quick
Someday, you and some old boy will "just click"
