The True Classics Stand The Test Of Time

by Kelvin Masi   Apr 4, 2008

The True classics stand the test of time
Just like the Mona Lisa and fine aged wine.

But who's to say what will bocome a classic?
Only time will tell and times can change.

The true classics will remain forever
withstanding every test and changes in the weather.

The Great Wall of China and the Eiffel Tower
The sistine chapel with all its ancient mystique, artistic beauty and sacred, religious power.

The Holy cities of Bethlehem, Jerusalem, Rome, and Mecca they have all stood the test of time
And have been around longer than me and you.

The Aztec and Mayan ruins and temples
And the ancient Greek and Roman structures
They have stood the test of time, too
And they are great works of art which will probably outlast me and you.

Great material, and covered in a distinct and offbeat way. I'm not sure I completely agree about the Mayans and Aztecs in the context you've used for "classics" but you do get the point you're making over very well.
