Ode to Spring (Collab RTVW)

Ode To Spring (collab RTVW)

Grass turning shades of green
Since frost of winters gone
Bees Buzzing merrily
Whistling a springtime song

Birds are singing sweetly
Children playing so well
Lambs are now for bleating
As they skip along the dell

Daffodils are blooming
Painting natures canvas
Frogs jump from lily pads
Above a great abyss

Lilac scents April's breeze
Basking in sun's warm rays
Lovers walking hands laced
Enjoying springs display

Butterflies, dragonflies
Dance so quickly by
Boats a sail on the lake
Welcoming clear blue sky

Buttercups and daisies
carpeting meadows green
apple blossom fills the air
breathe in this perfect scene

Unlike the chilling winter
Spring has now left it's glow
Upon the earth a melody
Set in a sunny show.

The flow within this poem is amazing ... as though the five of you dipped your pens in the same ink and colored this canvas with the same hearts .... truly amazing!
