What is the world coming to?
I'm still alive after last night.
i couldn't pull the trigger on the gun
just didn't feel it was right

what is the world coming to?
i cant believe this is all real
all the jealousy, revenge, selfishness
turning this world around, fighting how you feel

what is the world coming to?
is there a point of living another year?
will this world eventually get brighter?
or will i forever live in fear?

what is the world coming to?
maybe it will end one day
or will i have to take these pills?
i guess we will soon see if tomorrow i slip away
