Carve your name in my wrist

by kylexthexmagnificent   Apr 6, 2008

I carve your name,
slowly on my wrist.
i scream your name,
eyes closed, tight clenched fist.

tears fall slow,
time seems to stop,
my pain bleeds out,
burning with every drop

my heartache burns,
as i scream out in pain,
i loved you my girl,
but your love was vain.

all is silent now,
i hear the wind blow through,
i hear my heart beat
slowly stops beating for you.

my eyes are empty,
i fall slowly to the ground,
lying there soaked in my pain,
peace i have found.

i carved your name,
slowly in my wrist,
i hold your note,
in my tightly clenched fist
