Demetri

I'm sitting here in complete darkness.
I can only hear my breathing.
The walls feel like they're caving in.
But they're not.

Suddenly I hear someone's voice.
"Come to me," it says.
I can hear the breathing of it now.
It gets colder.

I have goosebumps.
My heart is beating faster.
My breathing gets harder.
I get colder.

"Come to me bright angel," it says.
I can feel the coldness getting worse.
My pulse is getting faster.
I don't know what to do.

I can hear his breathing get harder.
I can feel my heart beat.
I can't stand the suspense.
"My angel," he says again.

The next thing I know I can see his pale skin.
His eyes are all black.
Then I feel a sharp pain.
He dug his fangs into my throat.

The pain stops and I feel pleasure.
He stops sucking my blood.
"Drink my blood," he orders.
I do what he said.

Then I feel even more pleasure.
As we start making love to each other,
His kisses get harder and I say,
"Who are you?"

"My name is..." he gets cut off.
I look at his back and there's a knife in it.
Then I look up at the person who tried to kill him.
My best friend.

He gets up.
"You tried to kill me."
"Yes I did," Tori says as she looks at me.
I get up.

"Lets get you out of here." she says trying to pull me away from my vampire lover.
"Tori, I can't go. I'm a vampire now."
She starts to cry.

"Forget about me, go and stay safe."
She cries more as she back away from me and my vampire lover.

I turn to him.
"I'm Demetri," he says.
He pulls me close to him and kisses me hard.
He pulls away, "I love you Courtney."

"I love you too Demetri," I say kissing him even harder.

A small part of my old self worries about Tori.
I have one single tear going own my cheek.
Demetri kisses it away.
And we make love to each other.

We're bound together forever.
I love him and he loves me.
Together, we never die.
Demetri and me.
