Chase

by SilentlyDyingInside   Apr 7, 2008

Tori and I walked down the long windy road late Friday night.
We're talking about boys and school.
Tori and I both stop.
We see some guys walking toward us.
We can't see who they are because its too foggy.
"Hi ladies," they say in unison.
"Tori, they seem drink," I whisper to Tori.
As they get closer we don't recognize who they are.

"Hello girls, want to hang out?" one of then say as they get closer.
"Not with drunken freaks," I say.
"You guys are the worst," another guy says stepping out of the group.
He didn't seem drunk.
He walked over to us.
"I'm sorry about them," he looks me in the eyes, "They're bums."

Tori looks at me and then at him.
She could see the attraction in our eyes.
The group just shrugs and walks away.

We start walking again.
This time with him.
"I'm Chase," he says.

To be continued....

(sorry I don't know what else to write yet 'cause I have slight writers block. I know this isn't really a poem, but I don't care)
