Keep It Running

by Steffini   Apr 8, 2008

Hey there, wait for me
Park the car but keep it running
I hear your voice and it says "kiss me"

Your wearing my tears on your sleave tonight
And my banana lip gloss on your neck
What we are doing is wrong; I know
But don't even pretend you regret it

Love may be color blind
But it can see just fine

So I'm standing in the doorway now
And if you leave, please don't come back
Can you really love her when we do what we do?
I love you, I need you, Please... don't go

Hey there, wait for me
Park the car but keep it running
I hear your voice and it says "kiss me"

Wait, I might hesitate
Sorry if I'm always a little late
Your drowning in love sunk lungs
And a fire you only find in my eyes

How much farther must I climb?
I might crash, burn
But it would be worth it
You would be worth it

Love may be color blind
But it can see just fine

Hey there, wait for me
Park the car but keep it running
I hear your voice and it says "kiss me"

Comments are greatly appreciated =D
