Hey i really really like this poem but then thats what is expected from such a good poet as yourself :)

I cry inside to see it,
And i just cant let you go,
You left me for her,
And once again my blood stops to flow,

i loved this stanza. its so full of emotion and i can totally relate

Im going to miss it all,
By i will be okay,
I will get over it soon enough,
But that day is not today.

and this is just a fantastic finish. i really does describe how everyone feels when they have to get over someone.
