Trees

by Damned from the Holy   Apr 10, 2008

As the arms extend their shadow.
The fare-play of an apple with its golden glare.
The elephants reputation holds it up high.
Its flattering neighbors are so many different kinds.
The texture skin, written memories of your future.
Its earth color of protection falls down in the harsh winters.
It helps us breath, supplies a home for living and natural.
Many different families, many different heights.
Sometimes abandoned to the rain with a swing of wonder visits.

:) another amazing write. Are you a beginner? Or have you written poetry longer than most? Keep it up, if so. It's breathtaking in many ways. 5/5
