Coming home

by StandStill   Apr 12, 2008

Running
breathing
crying
screaming
falling down
and leaving home

Tears pour out of her heart
and she doesn't know what to do
she found a home, oh yes, Reader,
and she left it, it's so true

It was too much to take
when the world would fall down
with a sinful smile
she would hide her frown

The clock was about to burst
and time burned its fuse
she gave it her all
but she felt herself lose

Breaking
Mending
Standing
Coming home

Home is where the heart is
and when you're flying, you can't fall
when you're living every moment, you breathe
and you can fly for a moment, live with your all

Stitch it up, use duct tape
Broken hearts can always mend
Little scars can disappear
When in your heart you have a friend

Little glass boxes
are starting to shine
she's coming home
all in sweet time

"Live like it's impossible to fall"
