What ive been told

She said she wants to help me
but i really don't know how
she asked if i wanted to tell her anything
but i don't think I'm ready just now

i know it will be confidential
or at least thats what Ive been told
but how will i know is she means it
will i take the chance, or is this one i keep?

I'm really scared of trusting anyone
Ive learned its best not to in the past
she said she will keep my word
but for how long will it last?
