Through Her Mind [Anorexia]

by Ally   Apr 13, 2008

A fight within herself
It's all she can think about; taking over her
When she sleeps, when she wakes
Looking in the mirror
Imperfection.

Walking down the stairs
Sitting motionless on the table
Smelling the aroma
Her fear; worst nightmare
Food.

She's insane, everyone tells her so
She's ugly, heard it too many times
She's has problems, beginning to believe it
She's not herself, doesn't want to be herself

Passing the food, thinking
"Control, must control"
Going through her mind, every second
Everyday.

Falling deep into her own world
Not knowing if she ever wants to leave
She's scared to death;
An anorexic gone beyond repair
