The Man with no Face

by novice keathley   Apr 14, 2008

This man, he had no face.
In his life, for his little girl, he had no place.
What a void !

Didn't he know, she must be annoyed,
or perhaps destroyed.

This man with no face,
Traveled a zombie like pace,
creating pain that'll never erase.

Didn't he care?
Didn't he realize how she'd loved the
smooth rubbing of her hair,
doing this, he didn't dare.

This man surely seen the warm
tears streaming down her cheek.

Instead the little girl interpreted she was
silly and weak. Ultimately becoming
very meek.
