Scarlet Kiss

by Danielle   Apr 15, 2008

Flutter your eyes,
Press your lips,
Ride away on a scarlet kiss.
Jump to the tops of chicanery gates,
Closing out butterfly plates.
Shift your body,
Dare to transform
To something I dare not called
Conformed.
I'll watch your salacious diamond eyes,
And I'll listen to your baby whistle cries,
With my idle hands tugging
On my moth-eaten hair.
I look around with a vacant stare.
Haystack clocks tick the time away,
Disproportioned to modern day play.
While wind twists and turns
My flowery mind about,
Then rose petals float down on a destined route.
To lay a place in history.

Looove the imagery! You've got some amazing vocab in here, I love how you set the mood and described everything in such detail, you can really see it infront of you.

This is going in my favourites! XD
