Gone (In loving memory of Kali Moore)

by Stacey Sue   Apr 15, 2008

I was having the funniest day of my life, I was beginning to love life and everything about it. But one day I came home to something I didnt want to hear. I didn't want to believe a word of what I was hearing, but sometimes i guess the truth can cut deep.

The day I found out you were gone was the day everything changed and wouldn't be the same. You were so young and full of life and you didn't deserve to go. But now that you're gone we'll all miss you, you slipped away from all of us.

I didn't get to know you enough to know what you were about. But everytime I saw you, you always had that friendly smile on your face. I will always remember the day we talked about your favorite song "Rockstar" and I told you that I would burn it off for you, but I never did.

The day I found out you were gone was the day everything changed and wouldn't be the same. You were so young and full of life and you didn't deserve to go. But now that you're gone we'll all miss you, you slipped away from all of us.

I will never forget you I wish I could have had a chance to say goodbye. But yet again everyone wanted that chance. I will always remember you're school spirit, your presence will always be with us. I will miss you.

The day I found out you were gone was the day everything changed and wouldn't be the same. You were so young and full of life and you didn't deserve to go. But now that you're gone we'll all miss you, you slipped away from all of us.
