Intoxication

This was the first time i had seen you like this;
This was the most horrid thing i have ever experienced,
To see you this way broke my heart,
I thought you were supposed to be my roll model,
But that night i did not See a roll model in front of me!

I love you and i would not be able to live with out you;
You are my everything,
The Doctor when needed,
The psychiatrist when i need to talk!
You are my dad and i love you!

I hated to see you this way;
We spit on each other and you bite me
You told me you'd beat me but took it back,
Dad you are the rock that sits there when i need you!
We all love you thats why we tried helping you!

I am supposed to be the one out getting drunk
I am the one who is supposed to throw up on you,
You are the one who needs to help me!
