you looked me in the eyes and smiled
my heart was beating so loud
all i could do was smile
we danced in the middle of the road
your hands embraced in mine
we walked home together
holding hands
we layed down on your bed as you wrapped me in your arms....

i heard myself screaming inside my head
i was begging God for more time
telling myself not to wake up just yet
my eyes slowly opened
tears were rolling down my face
i tucked my arms around my knees

for i was back in reality
