SONNET-1 (The DewDrop)

by Prasad Baadkar   Apr 16, 2008

The Dew Drop shining among thy 'Touch Me NOt'
How can their leave not shy thy bee away?
Each prick thou giveth so amazingly sweet
To eye of beauty's beholder a thorn shall slay,
The question than may arise in one's mind
With the dawn of each coming day
Where all dreams end & a few tears shed
& few words do foresake thy vision's play
Nature's mirror shall lie not
& not of all truth to come shall stay
For stories that stay embraced to thy serenity count
As mood of nature's canvas changes to each sunray
Till moisture sarcastic stand thy diamond to world's daylight
Soon Closed leaves open & dew craze fade's away.

I have to say this is one of the most smoothest, tender, beautiful Sonnet I've read. I like the delicate touch it has..a lovely picture of nature!

O.O magnifique! :) Bloody brilliant; perfacetus, perfacetus! :)

I love your sonnets, they just blow me away. They are so mature and so... vivid.
So profound and elegant. Beautiful, pragmatical. Yet so... celestial. 5/5
