A Lonely Girl

by xXxemzxXx   Apr 16, 2008

A lonely girl
Sitting on the side of the street
A lonely girl
Listening to the sound of her heart beat

Sometimes she wishes
That alone she never was
But it's not her fault
Whenever she gets spoken to she withdraws

A lonely girl
Who speaks very little
A lonely girl
Who knows no truth

A father she never knew
A mother who is never around
She was often pitied for the life she lived
Some say she wished to be 6 feet under the ground

A lonely girl
Who preyed every night
A lonely girl
Hated by sight

But then one day
Someone stopped to say hello
Shocked as she was she began to talk
And from then on their friendship began to grow

A lonely girl
She is no more
A lonely girl
Who's only problem was being shy after all...
