Foolish Dreams

by The Angel of Secrets   Apr 16, 2008

"Dreams are for fools," they spoke like cold ice,
"If you go that way, you're gonna pay the prize."
Guess what, I'm willing, I'll get hurt if I need,
It's me I'm taking care of, only one mouth to feed.

My inc is clay and the words are in my power,
I won't back out now, I'm not going to cover.
I'll do what I want with the rest of my existence,
I'll do it on my own, I don't need assistance.

Don't try to talk me out of who I want to be,
It's my dream, it's me life, and it won't let go of me.
I'm not going to crash and burn like to many before,
I'll be the best, I'll be great, everything and more.
