before i knew how that feeling felt
thats when i didn't care

when i saw you i looked too deeply

because it always feels that way

before i touched you i forgot those arms
before i touched you i forgot that smell
before you wrapped your arms around me
thats when i couldnt tell

when we spoke it felt so natural
when we spoke the warmth was there
when we said so much yet so little
thats what i couldnt bare

when i think of what you still mean to me
when i think of times that past
