Zack was my best friend
That I met at camp
He was never shy at all
And always knew just
What to say at the right time
Zack always believed in me
When I did not believe in myself
But when we left camp
He was still there for me
No matter what the problem was
Zack’s life was soon cut short
All because of the stupid drunk driver
Hit their car 3 months ago
And now he’s gone
Away from us all
Zack’s still in my heart
And I think about him
All the time
But a part of me knows
That he is still here with me
Zack would want me to be strong
And move on with life
He was more than a friend
He was like a brother
And someone I will never forget
