She makes me smile everyday
I would give her my life I must say
She is everything I ever wanted
If I lost her Id be haunted

My heart aches with love
I feel as happy as a morning dove
I trust her with my life
I would probably even give her my knife

She makes me feel so good inside
I couldnt live without her if she died
She makes my life complete
I can feel her in me so deep

I hope I can be with her for time to come
I dont care if people think thats dumb
I want to be with her for the rest of time
Even if it doesnt always stay in line

You make me the happiest man alive
Without you my life wouldnt have revived

    It is always fun to return to this and view the poem that I wrote over two years ago. On the day of May 26, 2008 I met a girl who I fell in love with. This poem was originally written for the girlfriend before her, but I quickly dedicated it to the girl I met on the 26th. Her and I are still together to this day, 2 1/2 years later. I'm glad this poem was liked by many, and hope it is still view to this day. Merry Christmas everyone!!!

    Jordan, this poem is so sweet...the concept is beautiful, and the flow is nearly perfect. The word choice is very sweet...any girl would love to have a poem like this written about her. whoever you wrote it for is extremely lucky...great job. 5.5
