Happier Now

Who knew,
That just a couple of words,
Could make such a difference,
On the how the future goes?

Those things that i thought,
The wishes I made,
Changed my life forever,
In the worst possible way.

Those words taught me,
To think before i speak,
Think of the future,
not only next week.

If i knew this back then,
I could have been,
happier now,
not wishing to be dead.
