Ivy in Pieces

by brie kelly wise   Apr 21, 2008

You always feel bad for what you do to us
But I have to say I like it better the way it was
Torn and bound and still talking
Loving, falling and still up and walking
These are all just the pieces of Ivy

You never say you want to live on for tomorrow
You always drown in your body full of sorrow
On your way down, you grabbed onto me
Now that there's no more air, how will you breathe?
When you've given away every piece of Ivy
