Yesterday

I sit here thinking the day you went away...
I remember like it was yesterday...
It was a beautiful sunny day...
I went up to you and kissed you cause I haven't seen you in weeks...
Then thats when you told me you were moving...
I looked at you and asked you if it were true...
You looked away from my face and said that it was...
I stood up from were I was sitting at and tried so hard to make my voice as causal as possible wondering how could you leave me like this...
I remember the way you looked at me with your blue memorable eyes...
A few minutes passed by and then you asked me to leave...
I don't know why but maybe it was because you didn't want to see me cry...
So I went thinking over and over again in my head "Please don't cry"...
But by the time reached my best friend tears were falling out of my dark brown eyes...
My friend turned around and asked me what was wrong I told her you were leaving...
She took me into her arms and said everything gonna be alright...
Then it was after school I was waiting for you cause you told me that you were gonna spend time with me before you leave...
But you didn't I couldn't get why you made a promise that you couldn't keep...
You looked at me our eyes met I kept wanting to tell you how much I love you...
I wanted to kiss your lips just one last time...
But I never took the chance...
I was too sad and Angry at you...
I wish I could turn back time so I could have done the things I wanted to do...
But It's to late I hope when I see you again that I will be able to make up for it...
